MARY AVENUE TOWNHOUSES

Designed at JW Architects. Under Construction. This multifamily project is located in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. The neighborhood's Nordic roots inspired the architecture of this 21-unit townhouse development. The project centers around the concept of a fjord as the units are joined by a communal courtyard that serves as both circulation and space for resident gathering. Inspired by the Norwegian city of Bergen, the gabled roof-line is a modern interpretation of the historic Norwegian architecture.
