Beacon Hill Cottages

This grouping of five new cottages on an existing lot in Seattle's Beacon Hill Neighborhood creates a micro-neighborhood. These small farmhouses each feature two bedrooms and one and a half baths and are grouped to create interaction between neighbors. Sloping roofs, white siding and trim give them a traditional feel while open living floors keep them contemporary.
