Completed at JW Architects. These homes reference their location in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood with boxy exterior forms and vertical runs of windows. Inside, the concept continues as the townhomes feature double-height spaces, some with roll-up garage doors for indoor-outdoor living, steel rails and warehouse lighting. Shared walkways tie the buildings together and make this feel like a neighborhood within a neighborhood.
