When a young family decided to move out of the city in search of more space they found a home with lots of room and a great layout in need of an update. A tight move in timeline meant that we avoided major interventions but still updated the space through thoughtful moves such as the removal of a glass to open up the living spaces and refinishing the fireplace for a more current look. A brand new stair rail features throughout the open living spaces. This project showcases what a difference small changes can make.
